The Black Elevator Podcast is about providing black youth with a new platform to hear inspiring stories from professionals and gain insights from industry experts who will share advice, guidance, and tools to help them prepare for their professional future.

Additionally, it's about collectively coming together and discussing how we can ensure that we're leaving a better trail for those that come after us.
